Lisa is a person-centred counselor, focussed mindfulness practitioner and supervisor and relationship coach. She has over 8 years’ experience in mental health within the private, public and voluntary sectors. She is currently in private practice whilst also offering her services to a school staff wellbeing service. Lisa has deepened her therapeutic and relational skills since undertaking focussed mindfulness training and is passionate about sharing these tools and techniques with clients so that they can be free from their pain and suffering and what holds them back in life.

Lisa practices yoga and mindfulness and enjoys cycling and walking. She is inspired by the growing compassion and evolving awareness amongst mankind and the potential for each of us to effect positive change in our communities.
