Relationship Coaching

Relationship coaching is something that you can do alone or together.

In both cases the results tend to be a massive shift in your confidence and ability to foster a positive shift in the way you interact.

Some benefits to the coaching:
  • Learn to get your point of view across effectively and feel heard
  • Create a calmer, kinder and more constructive partnership
  • Grow together as a mutually supportive team

Geoff and Angie attended a Relationship Reboot last year:

‘I was all for throwing in the towel. My wife and I were feeling really bitter towards each other, she thought I was being unfaithful and I could not get through to her that I was not, she just ended up screaming at me. During the course I got to see the part I had played and what I could do to turn things around. We are now the happiest we have been in 25 years of marriage. It has been a fascinating journey.’

‘I was so frustrated, I felt Geoff never listened to me and that he was never there. I was desperate, I felt like a single parent and thought I would be better off alone. In the Reboot I learned how to get myself heard but also to hear what Geoff was trying to tell me, and I realised that he was really unhappy too. We both needed to change how we talked to each other. We are a tight team now.

I can’t recommend this course highly enough. If you are thinking your marriage has run its course or if you just want to freshen up your relationship. It will be the best thing you do this year.’

Mark and Karen were going through a difficult divorce. They could not come to an agreement about how the children’s care should be shared. In the Reboot they quickly saw the stress they were causing their children and this gave them the incentive to learn how to take the emotion out of their discussions, get their points of view across and negotiate.

Mark says:

‘We sometimes have to remind each other of the techniques we learned in the Reboot. But most of the time we can work together now. So much less stressful for the kids and me! I can actually enjoy my time with them now.

Julie and Lisa run a catering company together, this is what Lisa had to say about her experience of a Relationship Reboot:

‘I have been a business partner with Julie for seven years and it was all fabulous until last year. Then she got a new life partner and our relationship changed, it felt like the two of them were conspiring against me, I felt desperately lonely and betrayed. I was really stuck – I felt ready to quit but I didn’t want to give up on something that was successful and hugely important to me. I wasn’t sleeping and I was having panic attacks.

We spent a day with Clare and have learned how to speak our minds without causing offence and we are closer than ever now. It has been amazing, I feel I have got my life back and it is full speed ahead with the business.’

What you've said about us

I have had a traumatic life but now I can rejoice in it and the lessons I have learned from it. It is amazing to be able to look back and to be grateful for my unhappiness – I am a survivor, but more than that, I am a survivor who can now enjoy her life, is still able to work and has a determination to pass this on.
