Focussed Mindfulness

Focused Mindfulness

Focussed Mindfulness is a set of techniques that address physical or emotional pain as it arises. Each technique turns the attention away from the thinking mind to whatever feeling is present in the body, guided meditations are then used to uncover the root cause of this pain and begin the process of reconciliation and healing.

It releases trauma; brings about forgiveness of self and others and frees you from the fixed and unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts and feelings. In effect it supports you to let go of harboured grief, fear, anger and shame leaving you healthier, happier and more peaceful.

With regular practice it increasingly frees your mind and body from any resistance to being fully present and allows you to live more and more fully from the love at your core. It is congruent with and enhance a mindfulness practice such as that taught by Breathworks, and I believe, used together, the complementary approaches make mindfulness more accessible and sustainable.

  • Heal physically, mentally and spiritually
  • Find freedom from destructive and limiting behaviours
  • Open to joy, lightness and a love of life

This is a spiritual practice that will quite simply transform your life.

‘Learn how to use the practice of focussed mindfulness to free yourself from your negative thoughts, your inner judge, your fears and your pain and over time to become more and more grounded in a peaceful consciousness that gives you a healthier perspective on life.’

What you've said about us

it’s like I’ve stepped into another space and the world is looking lighter and clearer. I feel solid and sturdy and happy

I need to thank you for unblocking years of crap. You really have a powerful gift.

Nigel

After just five sessions I now easily  recognise when I am not being true to myself. Both at work and at home I can instantly rationalise my feelings of anger, frustration and sadness and snap out of it. It is only my ego- it used to control me and limit me and upset those around me. Now I just smile at myself - bring my ego back in order and get on. Worth its weight in gold!

I have had a traumatic life but now I can rejoice in it and the lessons I have learned from it. It is amazing to be able to look back and to be grateful for my unhappiness – I am a survivor, but more than that, I am a survivor who can now enjoy her life, is still able to work and has a determination to pass this on.

These are probably THE most valuable tools I have for my own development and the sense of peace and love I get from doing it is second to none

Focussed Mindfulness has enabled me to heal deeper hurts and long-held negative beliefs and I feel emotionally and physically more accepting of self, whole, more energised, motivated and joyful about life and how I now want to live it to the full.

What you have given me is the greatest gift I could have received, an inner peace and an insight into me

One session has had quite a staggering effect on me, and I feel that although it was a while ago it is still having a great positive influence on my life’.

I have been taught a technique for dealing with some of my demons. Haven’t got a clue why it works.

The last few months have really moved me forward and I have dealt with a lot of old baggage.
