The Focussed Mindfulness Method

The Focussed Mindfulness Method TM is a blend of mindfulness, coaching and powerful exercises that address physical or emotional pain. Each exercise turns the attention away from the thinking mind to whatever feeling is present in the body, uncovers the root cause of the pain and begins the process of reconciliation and healing.

It supports you to let go of harboured grief, fear, anger and shame leaving you healthier, happier and more peaceful. It challenges the fixed and unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts and feelings; releases trauma and sets you free to be that person you knew you had the potential to be.

Do the benefits last?

A regular practice increasingly frees your mind and body from any resistance to being fully present and allows you to live more and more fully from the love at your core. It is congruent with and enhance by a mindfulness practice such as that taught by Breathworks.   Used together, the complementary approaches make mindfulness more accessible and sustainable.

Will I enjoy myself and will it be good value?

What people loved about the Autumn 2021 retreat:

  • Meeting like minded people, support from everyone
  • Company of upbeat, like minded optimistic people all on a journey of discovery
  • Meals round table
  • Time to sit and ponder
  • Letting go of the clock to just be
  • Allowing myself to be vulnerable
  • The silence
  • The safe, nurturing environment to feel safe and be truly me, and work through my ‘sludge’
  • Connecting with like minded people, I feel such a community has developed despite us only being here for a matter of days
  • Time for me, space and respect for me to be me, trust me as I am and what I freely give is enough for me
