Inner Peace Retreat April 10-15th 2022
Join us next April for a glorious, luxurious and tranquil retreat where you can find more inner peace. We will have exclusive use of a Manor House in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside. 5 days of meditations, therapy sessions, walks, quiet times, great food, conscious company and Focussed Mindfulness.
Take time to reflect, process and let go of whatever keeps you from peace.
You can arrive from 3 pm on Sunday 10th April and settle in. At 6 we will meet for introductions in the comfy sitting room, and you can consider how you want to spend your time over the next few days. There will then be a sumptuous vegan dinner when you can get to know your companions.
Accommodation will mostly be in twin rooms.
Monday to Wednesday there will be optional meditations and workshops where you can learn and practice Focussed Mindfulness exercises which will help you to let go of all the baggage that is keeping you from peace. Thursday will be unstructured, giving you time for meditation, walks, therapy sessions*, reading, reflection and relaxation. There will be a period of silence from Tuesday lunchtime to Wednesday morning.
You will be supported throughout your stay by experienced Focussed Mindfulness practitioners.
On Friday you can rise slowly and stay in the area for the day if you wish, or travel home after breakfast ready to begin your Easter celebrations.
If you would like to come but do not feel that you can be away for 5 nights you could arrive on Sunday evening and leave on Wednesday evening.
*There will be an additional cost for this.
The Focussed Mindfulness Method
The Focussed Mindfulness Method TM is a blend of mindfulness, coaching and powerful exercises that address physical or emotional pain. Each exercise turns the attention away from the thinking mind to whatever feeling is present in the body, uncovers the root cause of the pain and begins the process of reconciliation and healing.
It supports you to let go of harboured grief, fear, anger and shame leaving you healthier, happier and more peaceful. It challenges the fixed and unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts and feelings; releases trauma and sets you free to be that person you knew you had the potential to be.
Do the benefits last?
A regular practice increasingly frees your mind and body from any resistance to being fully present and allows you to live more and more fully from the love at your core. It is congruent with and enhance by a mindfulness practice such as that taught by Breathworks. Used together, the complementary approaches make mindfulness more accessible and sustainable.

How do I book?
Pay a deposit of £100 by 31.12.21 here to catch the early bird of £457. You will be sent a booking form and asked to complete this and pay the balance by 28.2.22.
The full rate for the retreat will rise to be £499 at the start of the new year. the fee will cover accommodation in a twin bedded room, all meals which will be largely vegan, two one-to-one sessions with a Focussed Mindfulness practitioner and workshops, meditations and other group sessions. We will have therapy sessions on offer which you can book separately (details to follow).
Unfortunately, all bedrooms are on the first or second floors which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
